After the latest OTA update, 16.07.201, devices on the CN, EU, Global, and IN builds are no longer able to boot kernels built from the current public manifest:

The affected devices appear to fail booting with kernels compiled from the currently available oneplus/sm8850 manifest after updating to this OTA.
Could you please update the kernel manifest and related source branches to match the kernel/vendor changes introduced in the latest 16.0.0.201 OTA?
For reference:
OTA version: 16.07.201
Affected variants: CN, EU, Global, IN
Current manifest branch: oneplus/sm8850
Issue: kernels built from the current manifest no longer boot after the latest OTA
Additional observation: GKI kernel boots successfully on both the previous OTA and the latest OTA
