Clarification of SBS commercial and hardware nomenclature.

SBS presented some clarification on hardware nomenclature, which can vary depending on float type. This should not be confused with the commercial name of the SBS CTD. Action for the hardware details be captured in the metadata via upcoming standardized machine readable JSON metadata to be provided with the sensor. This will require collaboration with the data team on how best to store this information.
