SurveySimulator/python/README.python does not mention the python version used

The current state of the README has:

"The survey simulator is run by making a call to Driver.py from the appropriate command line. (i.e. python Driver.py)"

which does not mention which version of Python to run Driver.py with (I think it should be python3)
