Publications page UI breaks after redirection

When I click the Publications button, it redirects to the Publications page at:

https://osipi.github.io/publications.md

However, the page layout is not rendering correctly and the UI appears broken/tear apart after the redirect. The content formatting, spacing, and overall page structure are not displayed properly.

Expected behavior:
The Publications page should render with the same website styling and layout as the rest of the site.

Actual behavior:
The page loads, but the UI is broken and the layout is distorted.

@jan-petr looks like you added these pages to the nav, but they don't exist yet. Possible they got missed in the commit add+push? I'm happy to review changes to the website as well if you need a second set of eyes. You can just tag me as a reviewer.
