[Bug] Saving and Download totally broken

• I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System

Windows x64

Version information

9.2.1.8 (Online)

Expected Behavior

After Editing a PDF file with forms and experiencing an error, I expect it to be savable and downloadable

Actual Behavior

• When trying to download in the Editor:
  • Long loading time
  • Error without a Message
• When trying to download in the Overview:
  • Some loading
  • File is downloadable
  • File is some very old version but not the one you get when entering the editor

Thank you for your feedback! Please update your desktop to version 9.2.1.43. If the problem persists, please attach the problematic file.
Am I understanding the scenario correctly?

1. You upload a PDF file
2. Make changes to it
3. Save it
4. Reopen the saved file on your desktop

I forgot to mention that it happens after an error:

1. Edit a PDF
2. Receive some errors (which happens not that really)
3. Try to save
4. Try to download

Everything in cloud. Desktop doesn't work on my machine (I guess you saw the other ticket)

@marcelbrode Then could you describe the scenario in which you encountered the errors? What specific steps did you take?
Sorry, I was looking at the name of the repository, DesktopEditors, so I thought you were working with a desktop editor.

No problem, didn't knew it better. If you want I can also open an new ticket in the correct repository, if that's not right 🙂

I will try to reproduce it after work and give you more detailed instructions if possible 😄
