[Maintenance] - Availability Save Disable on Loading

Description

Save button on availability modal does not disable on click so users can spam it

Acceptance Criteria

If a user spams the save button, it does not spam messages to slack

Proposed Solution

• Duplicate the bug
• Track whether the save button is loading in AvailabilityEditModal.tsx, and disable save button if so
