Description
In rule documents, some rules require images such as tables or diagrams. Currently we have no way of parsing, viewing, or assigning these images to rules.
Proposed solution
Step 1: Update the parser to identify images in the pdf
Step 2: Allow users to view all images (and upload additional images) and assign them to individual rules
Step 3: UI for viewing images in general view, team view, project view
