[Guest Page Improvements] - Limit tabs shown on projects page

Description

We do not want to display all the tabs on the projects page to a guest. A guest should only be able to view the overview, tasks, changes and gantt page tabs.

Acceptance Criteria

• When logged in as a guest, only the overview, tasks, changes and gantt page tabs should be visible.

Proposed Solution

Conditionally render the tabs based on the user's role.
