[Guest Page Improvements] - Divisions Page

Description

We want to create a divisions page for user's to learn more about each division (aka team type). This page should display all the divisions (rendered via useAllTeamTypes hook) and should link to each divisions individual page (being implemented in another ticket, route is tbd). Link this page to the sidebar on the divisions tab by uncommenting out the divisions block.

Acceptance Criteria

Page is mobile friendly and displays all the team types and their descriptions with links to individual team type pages.

Proposed Solution

Design card that displays team type title, description and link to individual page. Display all cards on team types page. Link page to the divisions tab on sidebar.
