feat(indexed-orm): initial release 🎉

- Add .gitignore for Deno, IDE, OS, and Node
- Add CI and publish workflows in .github/workflows
- Add Deno config (deno.json) with exports and lint/format rules
- Add ESM source (Database, Range, Store, Request, Types) and index
- Add README with installation, usage, and API docs
