NVIDIA Open GPU Kernel Modules Version

tried: nvidia-driver-590-open, nvidia-driver-570-open and nvidia-driver-595-open (.run)

Please confirm this issue does not happen with the proprietary driver (of the same version). This issue tracker is only for bugs specific to the open kernel driver.

GPU stopped working so lost also HDMI see logs:

I'm also having a simillar issue with a lenovo rtx 3080 laptop (#1058) could they possibly be related? The logs are slightly different but in both of our cases the GSP appears to be failing to initialise
