Merge the jetson fork of nvidia-open with this version?

Jetson Orin series devices use a forked version of this repo, based on an unreleased version v540, and Thor is using another forked version based on v580. I just checked the License and they are still using the same license as this repo. Is there any reason why these devices' driver is never merged with this repo? It's kinda strange to lock down these devices with old drivers. Will there be any plan to merge the tegra code with this repo so these devices wont be left behind?
