Initial node in GWT model has wrong counts/probabilities

Generating a model in the GWT interface for the "Shopping cart web app" example 
log generates a model that demonstrates the bug:

1. The initial node has probabilities of 1.0 along both emitted edges, summing 
to 2.0. They should sum to 1.0

2. Switching to "counts" view shows that the counts from the initial node along 
both edges are 1 and 1, when they should be 30 and 15.
