I am an individual AI enthusiast and self-learner based in China. I am writing to formally apply for access permission to download the full weights of MiniMax-H3 text-to-video multimodal model.

My usage scope is strictly limited to personal non-commercial purposes only:

1. Study the technical framework and operational principle of large-scale multimodal video generation models;
2. Create gentle, daily-themed children short videos exclusively for personal viewing, no commercial profit, no public sharing or dissemination.

You can download the weights directly using git lfs or the huggingface_hub Python library. There is no login or access request button visible on the page, and the model is available under the "MiniMax H3 Community License" which you can review on the Hugging Face repository.

One important note: If you are located in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or South Korea, these territories are excluded under the default license terms. For users in these regions, an official application form is required: https://platform.minimax.io/h3-license
