I'm attempting to read a `BigTIFF` where the `IFD-Offset` is `16` Bytes instead of `8`. [Documentation](https://gdal.org/en/stable/drivers/raster/cog.html#header-ghost-area) Is there functionality for changing the offset, if so how? If not will this be added?
