Randomly crashing without any error in log

Describe the bug

I was joining some servers when randomly minecraft freezes normally I turn it on again no problems after that It crashed again for the same thing. Then again.

Steps to reproduce

1.Method

1. Click disconnect.
2. Method (Not 100%)
3. CTRL+Shift+T

Minecraft Version

MC 1.21.11

Operating System

Windows
