[Bug] - User addition succeeds on Devices despite a declined binding request from Device 2

Description

able to see the social binding successful even after I have declined from other user.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the eID app from Playstore (Android)
2. Signup (For now, without any document proofs)
3. Add Social binding and Scan with Another device 2
4. Device 2 will accept the bind
5. Device 1 will reject it upon confirmation.

Expected behavior :

-> Binding should not be successful upon rejection.

Actual behavior :

-> Upon rejection of binding, the user still gets added.
