Implement Algolia AI sidepanel

We currently use Algolia's Ask AI feature. We can also include the sidepanel: https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/sidepanel/getting-started

This could be launched from a floating Ask AI button on the screen.

Hey @bgravenorst , I have added Algolia's Ask AI floating button and sidepanel .The feature provides a Smart Ai Search Assistant feature on Metamask-Docs.
Used DocSearchpanel component provided by @docsearch/react package and provided algolia creds to it to enable algolia search functionality.

In order to provide good UX experience,I had customised the CSS stlying of the AI Sidepanel via custom overrides otherwise it is very distorted in terms of interface.

Cursor-bot marked it as medium risk due to external package installation and custom css styling but thats necessary to provide this functionality of AI Sidebar integration.

Verified via npm run build && npm run serve (production build).
