"unexpected keyword argument 'max_width'" when trying to select

sqlit 1.6.0
I get the following error when trying to select the first 100 records of a table:

TypeError: SqlitDataTable._get_cell_renderable() got an unexpected keyword argument 'max_width'

I had the same issue and was able to work around it with an earlier version of textual-fastdatatable

uv tool install sqlit-tui==1.6.0 --with textual-fastdatatable==0.18.0

Yup, I can confirm that workaround works for me too.
