Cannot connect to Oracle DB 19 due to python-oraledb thick mode needed

Hello,
I am trying to ditch Datagrip for a terminal based SQL IDE, so sqlit looks really promising.
But I am facing this error when tryin to connect to an Oracle DB cluster with the scan address :

DPY-6005: cannot connect to database (CONNECTION_ID=7sRusqUDgKKL+qJwrZbRJg==).
DPY-3001: Native Network Encryption and Data Integrity is only supported in python-oracledb thick mode
