[Bug/Web] mention in chatbox troubles #254

Describe the bug
tried to click back into the chatbox after I had already left a mention in it (just "@[username]", nothing else), wouldn't let me type anything no matter what, even had some trouble removing it
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- put a mention in chatbox
- click away
- try clicking back into chatbox
- See error
Expected behavior
when clicking back on chatbox, put cursor where expected
