Issue for pod/spm 'x86_64-apple-ios-simulator'

HI,
I'm using a package KMM on mac m1, so in the build setting I'm using a "Excluded Architecture-> Any iOS Simulator SDK-> amr64". After that I have this error with the import the M13Cehckbox

Could not find module 'M13Checkbox' for target 'x86_64-apple-ios-simulator'; found: arm64-apple-ios-simulator, at: /Users/xxxxx/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/XXXXXXX-hclbnduyfunyhefwbehmiwgadwud/Build/Products/Debug-iphonesimulator/M13Checkbox.swiftmodule
