Description
Problem it solves
Currently, because of the way that we handle restart data, we are not saving the parameters that describe the motion of an IB. The result is that if I restart the simulation, the IB will go back to where it was at t=0, not where it should be. This effectively makes restarting impossible with moving immersed boundaries.
Proposed solution
Add the IB position, velocity, angles, and angular velocity to the restart data that is saved and read from this when restarting a case.
