MIBM Volume Fraction Smoothing #1107

Problem it solves
When cells that were previously inside the IB move out of the IB, there is a sudden minor discontinuity in the volume fraction, which generates waves of error in things like the pressure.
Proposed solution
From the paper that our MIBM method is based upon, we should correct then by applying a gaussian filter which smooths the volume fractions of these cells. This smoothing will result in smoother boundaries and dampen the oscillatory error.
