[feature request] add manager api key

e.g: you can create or delete key token, mean own cluster pi raspberry (homelab or sysadmin) has own new brand key to route to any host other pc.

Right now koboldcpp only supports pre-shared keys, which means one single key that you can set with --password.

What might be useful is a middleware proxy such as litellm which can handle the key issuing/revocation/quotas. I'll ping @henk717 since I recall they had some experience setting middleware key management before.

Individual key management may be out of scope for us yeah, but you can pair it with things like a custom reverse proxy or LiteLLM and do the key management on those sides. But like lostruins said if all you need is a single key then setting a --password is the way to go.
