Please add a toggle for TTS on the home page

I would appreciate it if there was a quick way to toggle TTS on and off depending on my inquiry. If it's quick and easy inquiry, turn it on. If it's more technical and in-depth, turn it off.

Side note about turning TTS off and on; I did notice, if I turn TTS off then turn back on, the settings would go back to default, but that may be something I can fix on my end...

If I disable it and save. Then go back to enable it the previous settings with a custom voice Json disappears for me. But the feature request I was also suggesting was to have an on/off toggle button or switch, perhaps near the input bar on the main localhost page

In the next version qwen3 tts will be support which has much better server side voice cloning

Its released (and will be faster in 1.100) but if you use it keep in mind the project we based it on isn't very gpu optimized so its like this.

CUDA with GPU TTS: Very slow and not worth turning that on. On a good CPU it makes it slower.
CPU: Roughly twice as long as the spoken narration, but faster than CUDA.
Vulkan: This is the one you want when using Qwen's TTS. A bit faster than CPU on 1.109 and a lot faster than CPU on 1.100 which will soon be released.
