Should 1 of these be done?

1. Update link to x.com and update icon to X icon
2. Remove link (doesn't look to be actively used)
3. Leave as is

why? do you mean update the logo to "x" ? I think we should add a bluesky and mastodon (do we have a mastodon acct?)

"X" as in the new logo for x.com

yes, the site was renamed some time ago, the blue bird is gone. I guess option 1 in your original post.
