Expected Behavior
Correctly booting into Android after applying the 20260808 update.
Current Behavior
Infinite loading after applying the 20260808 update.

Steps to Reproduce
Be on 20260801, apply the 20260808 update via built-in updater, restart, infinite spinning logo (3+ hours). Restart, same thing. Model version: XT2315-1
Edit: Initially thought I had fixed via rebooting to recovery and flashing the update then gapps, but the first time you turn the screen off the phone remains on but the screen will never turn on again unless you force the device to reboot by holding down the power button. Tested via playing music. Plays with screen off, then after about 2 minutes the music stops and phone appears to be frozen.
Edit 2: Tried a clean install of the 20260808 following normal install instructions located here: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/genevn/install/ as I did with the original 20260801 install (which worked fine with 20260801). When you hit the connect to network screen, it refuses to connect to the mobile network, and if you just use wifi it connects without fail, goes to the "getting your phone ready" screen with spinning circle, then says checking network info, then pops you right back to the "connect to wifi" screen. Tapping the network again just repeats the entire loop again, effectively keeping you from even entering Android.
