Root exports: verifyLicenseAssertionJwt, LICENSE_TOKEN_USE_CLAIM, and VerifyLicenseAssertionOptions — parity with licensechain-node-sdk (src/license-assertion.ts). Rollup marks jose as external for CJS/ESM. license-assertion.cjs re-exports from dist/index.js for back-compat.
