Add logging for /systemMetrics endpoint

```/systemMetrics``` endpoint uses ```sysMetricApihandler``` method and modules ```sysMetricHandler``` and ```sysMetricDriver```. As of now none of these methods/modules have logging enabled.

The aim of this issue is to add necessary logging to these methods. All the errors needs to be logged with proper log levels as well as the request.
