Can't run in 1920x1080 windowed fullscreen?

My settings are pretty much on defaults. If I let the script change the resolution, it sets the resolution to 1904x1041

That usually happens when the tool misreads which window-mode the game is currently using.
Close the tool manually via the taskbar icon. Some things to try:

• set the game to windowed mode, click save
• set it to windowed fullscreen again and 1080p, click save
• try to launch the tool again

If that doesn't work:

• close the tool again
• open ini 2\config.ini inside the tool-folder with notepad
• check what this line says: PoE config-file="E:\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini"
• check if that's the correct folder (it's the same folder you put lootfilters into)
• if it's not the correct folder, manually edit the line so the tool can get the correct window-mode that's currently in use

Could you open this folder, then copy the address by right-clicking the address bar?:

First, double-check if that's the address you pasted into the config.ini of the tool.
If it still doesn't work, can you open the poe2_production_Config.ini in that folder and check its contents?
I need to know if these lines are present: fullscreen=false and borderless_windowed_fullscreen=true

That is what the tool checks to determine the game's window-mode.
Either they're not stored correctly in the file, or the tool can't read the file correctly, or the tool is still reading the wrong file for some reason.
