Refactor ASR counting in console and word reports

1. The total number of attempts should be counted in the console output, not the number of attacks. Add total to Word report.
2. For attacks using the MultistageInteractionSession class, each request-response pair that is marked as "Resilient" or "Broken" should be considered a separate attempt, similar to the BoN and Shuffle attacks.
3. The number of attempts displayed in the console and in the Word report should match. Please use the same logic to count attempts in the console and word. By the way, the "In Progress" status should not be included in the calculation.
4. Maybe instead of the ratio, output ASR as a percentage?
