Missing metadata from CITATION.cff file

somef should retrieve these metadata from the CITATION.cff file, primarily for RSFC needs

Somef retrieves the citation from Citation.CFF. Can you point to a file where the citation is not recognized?
License and version are maybe not included at this time. It's true they should be recognised.
