Cannot submit CommandBarVector2DInput or CommandBarVector3DInput while in Edit flow

In certain edit flows, some validation step gets silently stuck on CommandBarVector3DInput, preventing users from completing an edit through the feature tree, even with valid inputs there.

I believe that this is something inside of the "Validate all arguments" actor, because this argument has no argument-individual validation.

The failing case occurs because the axis argument uses a custom axis definition in the broken case, which is specified using array syntax (eg [1, 0, 0] in the reported case), but the axis argument is categorized as an options input type. So during validation of all arguments it is failing on the hasInvalidOptionsValue case. The command palette then (silently) stalls on the final argument, leading to the misleading pausing on the origin argument step.
