[Gastown] No way to restart rig containers after refreshing environment variables #1689
Description
What happened?
When environment variables (e.g. GH_TOKEN) are updated in rig settings, there is no "Restart Container" option in the dashboard to propagate the new values to running agent processes. Agents continue using the old/expired token values from their original container environment. This makes token rotation effectively impossible without platform-level intervention. A restart button on the rig settings or rig detail page is needed.
