Boom sound when moving camera

I am using the default config, but I suspect this misbehavior isn't specific to that config. There's a sound effect that seems like a rocket ignition or sonic boom which plays a few times during a launch and powered atmospheric descent. If I move my camera from the side of the ship to behind the ship, along the way that boom sound plays, and I can wiggle my camera back and forth to get it to play repeatedly.

This is by design. It occurs when the camera crosses the shockwave from the rocket.
