strm2oas klayout/testdata/gds/issue_1835.gds a.oas, a.oas is empty

strm2oas klayout/testdata/gds/issue_1835.gds
writes an empty oas

klayout klayout/testdata/gds/issue_1835.gds
displays a circle, no reference and nothing can be selected.

klayout write oas writes two cells, one with polygon one with sref, but no properties.

I read #1835, only to realize that my understanding of klayout pcells is limited.
In any case, shouldn't gds/oasis properties survive gds<->oasis round trips with either tool ?

converting it to gds with either klayout or strm2gds yields an gds without any struct

I think in this particular case, the issue is caused because the top cell itself is a PCell, and that is non-functional, as the library is missing (most likely in your case).

It's a kind of border case, but I can check if that can be mitigated.
