How do I choose the instrument sound?

From the screen shot in the README it seems like there are many instrument sounds available in Mplay. But how does one choose them?

This functionality is currently not supported in the Julia version. It was implemented using glutCreateMenu in the former Python version - but there is no equivalent method in GLFW
