Backporting JLD2 compat to v0.7 to fix loading on Julia 1.12

Should JLD2 compat be backported to v0.7 to fix loading several packages on Julia 1.12 that are still using v0.7?

Alternatively, we could manually edit the compat section for MetaGraphs.jl in General.

This should be easier, but the LightOSM org looks rather dead. I'm skeptical if we can get a patch release there any time soon. ( i.e. their company website listed in the org does not exist)

Given that this issue prevents MetaGraphs v0.7.x compiling on julia v1.12 and all downstream packages of e.g. LightOSM with it, it would help adaption of julia v1.12 if we were to backport it.

So, realized that the best option was to actually just create a backport release on JLD2 to make the v0.4 series work on julia v1.12. That was luckily quite easy and makes this issue obsolete.
