Hi @gharib85 , unfortunately support for coupled equations is a bit unclear right now (the algorithm does not seem to be stable in some cases). Please see discussion in #60 . I don't have access to that paper but if your case is supported by the changes made in #35 it should be usable. See https://github.com/JoshKarpel/idesolver/blob/master/tests/test_solver_against_analytic_solutions.py#L107-L120 for an example of what is supported by #35 .
