Add U+040D, U+045D, U+0400, U+0450 in JetBrains Mono font

Please add capital and small I with grave Ѝ ((U+040D) and ѝ (U+045D) needed for Bulgarian language. They even has key combination in bulgarian keyboard.

Now with JetBrains Mono this letters in VS Code look like

And in Notepad++ like

I am sure Macedonians need capital an small IE with grave Ѐ (U+0400) and ѐ (U+0450) too.
