Required Reading

Read these files before starting work:

AI-WORKFLOW.md - Workflow and issue tracking (mandatory)
AI-README.md - Project conventions

Claude Code Specific

Use /workflow for workflow guidance.
Use /issue commands for issue management; command docs live in .claude/commands/.
Keep the .issues/ audit trail up to date (session summaries after any work, final summary when done).
Do not stage/unstage files unless explicitly asked.
