PageView Duration

Hey, I'm in a Blazor server app using .NET CORE 8 that is already wired up for Application Insights. I wired up BlazorApplicationInsights and getting page views properly logged in AI, but the duration is always zero except for the first time render of the homepage. The duration is non-zero only when a true page refresh is called like https://localhost:5000/Products/?forcepageload=randomNum OR when I bypass client-side routing using NavigationManager and setting forceLoad=true. I get the same results when I put my AI instrumentation key in your sample "Server" project. Is there some setting I'm overlooking like render-mode??
