VPN not connecting — server unreachable #225

VPN stopped working on all my devices. I've updated the app, reinstalled the config, and rebooted the router — nothing helps. My colleagues using the same server have no issues.

What I've checked:

  • Ping to 5.45.127.109 from home internet → Destination host unreachable (reply comes from 87.245.242.89)
  • Tested via mobile internet (different provider) → same result
  • No logs are being created — the app seems unable to connect at all
  • Colleagues on the same server are working fine

My assumption:
My UUID (2230a84c-****-****-****-************) may have been blocked or deleted on the server side, or my account has expired.

Details:

  • Config: sigma-client-12.json
  • Client ID: Client_235Qt***
  • App version: InvisibleMan-XRay x64 (latest)
  • OS: Windows 10.0.19045.6456

Please help me diagnose the issue or provide a new config.
