Pocket Ignored

I tried using the pocket constraint and IntelliFold ignored still placed the ligand in the same location as it did before I added the pocket residues. Is this expected behavior?

Our open-source repo currently does not support the "pocket constraint" feature. If you want to use this model effect, you can use it on our server instead. https://server.intfold.com/
