[BUG] [Lastfm] no scroblle if no song switch

• This is a issue for a Plugin from the @inrixia/luna-plugins repo, not the Luna Client or a plugin from a different repo

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a song, and play it until it finishes
2. if there is no song playing next (or it's the same song looped) the song won't be scrobbled
