Display diagnosis information in the UI

As suggested by @dclunie based on the experience converting CCDI MCI collection, it would be nice to have Slim display the diagnosis information from the image header - AdmittingDiagnosisCodeSequence and AdmittingDiagnosisDescription.

This was addressed some time ago.

If both are the same, display one. If one - display that. If different - both. Probably best to say whether it comes from code or description if they are not identical.
