pip timm is wrong

pip install timm==0.9.12 --no-cache-dir need python>=3.9
can i use python 3.9 ?

For now, the code is written in Python 3.7. I am working on adding dinov3 after cvpr, will update it to 3.10. You'll need to change some timm file transformer information if you want to urgently.
