Such exceptions must be clearly stated and acknowledged by the Game Master.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works, remain the exclusive property of HyperSane.
- Trademarks: The Software may not be used in any way that would infringe upon the trademarks or intellectual property of HyperSane.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall HyperSane be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this License shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
HyperSane reserves the right to amend or modify this License at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Software following any such amendments or modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
