[BUG] crux-history run twice when scope is origin

Describe the bug
CRUX-HISTORY is not removing duplicates when scope is "origin"

To Reproduce
node bin/web-perf.js crux-history
Query scope: origin
Origin to query (e.g. https://example.com): https://github.com/Hugoer/web-perf-cli,https://github.com/Hugoer/web-perf-cli

CLI execute same test for origin "github.com"

Expected behavior
CLI detects duplicated URLs and run only 1 test.
